Born in Chicago, artist-sculptor Kenneth G. Ryden is an accomplished
sculptor primarily of the Midwest. Working in bronze and other materials his works range from heartfelt reflections of humanity's deep aspirations and etheric visions to animated form and content bringing the viable soul into play.
He has enjoyed a rich and full career as professor and artist-in-residence at major Universities. He enjoys creating works of art of varying sizes that are intensely personal expressions of thought and observation as well as large scale commission work that is context specific. Site planning and collaboration with designers and architects result in works that benefit from and enhance specific sites.
